I typically don't find time to write reviews, but every once-in-awhile someone really makes a significant impact in my life. I know there are a handful of realtors in just about every city in the U.S., Canada and most foreign countries... but who would have thought that there would be one so  amazing right here in Spokane WA!??!! Joe was 100% laser focused on helping me sell my home and purchase a new one. And granted, my home sale was NO walk in the park. I had 4 other realtors list and unsuccessfully sell my home. Just when we lost hope, I was recommended to Joe. He started over from scratch, talked us through our needs, and came up with an aggressive marketing plan. After a few attempts with some specific strategies I had never heard of, we got a few bites. The first buyer was "pre-approved" but eventually could not come up with the down payment to close the loan. We were just about to give up, but Joe still did not lose hope. Within 1 week he brought us another buyer and a closed sale!!! Then, he patiently and attentively listened to our needs and showed us home-after-home, floorplan-after-floorplan. He was very quick to give us REAL, accurate, caring, honest advice. We finally (thought) we had found the right house. Joe could tell that there just wasn't something right about the home, and after some investigative work he found that the roof was leaking and the seller lied on the disclosures... We felt like we were back to the drawing board... But our dream home popped up on the market and Joe went to work. He negotiated a deal for us like I had never seen before. We walked away happier than ever, (with a price thousands less than I thought was possible) and we love our new home! We are SO thankful that Joe was recommended to us. And since then I have recommended him to my father, my mother, and a handful of friends! GO JOE!!!
